The application installed on user devices is named Naykora Dragon Shield. It relies on Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) infrastructure provided by our technical partner SuperOps, integrated under our brand (white-label). Naykora is a supplemental monitoring and alerting service. Naykora IS NOT an antivirus and does not act as active protection. The Service does not block ongoing attacks and does not defend your device in real time; it passively detects risk indicators (missing updates, disabled antivirus, system alerts) and alerts you so you can act.
